One-on-one Strength Training both in person and online.

This option is for both in person and online personal strength Coaching. This includes custom training programs, technical analysis, daily check-ins, and peaking for competition. Throws coaching is also available both in person and online.

Shot Put and Discus technical analysis

This service is for both online and in person technique analysis for both the Shot Put and Discus.

*Strength training for throws is also available.

6x week Squat program

$105

This package focuses on enhancing your overall squat performance with specialized training and exercises. We will focus on building absolute strength, technique, and strengthening weaknesses through assistance work.

6x week Bench program

$105

Designed for those looking for serious upper body gains, this program targets physical preparedness, resilience, maximal strength, injury prevention, and building body armour (muscle mass). We provide intensive training regimens custom built to maximize your potential.
